Thai BodyworkThai Massage is a dynamic style of bodywork that combines yoga-like stretching with compression of the muscles, tendons, pressure points and energy lines, or sen. Thai massage focuses on the ten main energy lines, or Sip Sen. The massage is performed on a mat on the floor. Thai massage is extremely grounding and highly recommended for high-performance athletes.

NeuroMuscular Reprogramming®NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) is an efficient bodywork protocol that identifies and corrects coordination dysfunctions resulting from injury and trauma. Often the body over-corrects and creates repetitive strain from ergonomically inefficient movement patterns. This style of treatment utilizes muscle testing to quickly identify inconsistencies in our movement patterns. Clients can expect significant long-term relief from chronic pain.
